Boys Individual State Rankings 2011-2012

These are very rough, from me doing some research and from what I remember from state last year. I know that there are people who aren't going to like them, and I don't know who's planning on doing some real state wide rankings, but for now this is what we'll have to settle for.

I'll add the rest of the weights later, the correct grades, and add some honorable mentions to the lists. Some weights will have 7 or 8 ranked while the rest will just be listed as HM.

Thanks for getting the rankings started! I know Travis Rodenbaugh now wrestles for bishop lynch and Toney Torres is wrestling at 126. But these look pretty good.

In the past the state rankings included private and public until January then they were split. Can we add the private boys back in to this list?

I know Cougar Babin is wrestling at 152 and Travis Leiskau is wrestling 160.

Thanks for the heads up on some of these. I'll fix it and try to add in the private school kids. The only problem I have is what grades the private school kids are in. I know the tough ones from last year, but I don't know who graduated and who's still here.

I can understand Herman being ranked ahead at Goodwin at 120 because they have never met head to head but Goodwin beat Akers pretty convincingly this summer at a freestyle event. He also just placed 4th at Super 32 beating 2 top 15 nationally ranked wrestlers along the way and capped the weekend by signing with North Carolina State.
