Thanks for the update. I have updated the rankings, but have not posted them yet. I was hoping the results from the State duals qualifier in Houston would get posted, but that did not happen. I will post my updated rankings based on the information I have been provided or tournaments I have been to.

Rumor is Alva is dropping to 119. That could make for some even better match ups especially in district where 119 seems to be pretty tough.

I agree at 128. Seen McAleavey at state when she won and reached state finals. As long as she is unbeaten locally, she deserves top spot.
Beyond that list looks solid although Alva is likely No. 3 ahead of Jacobson when regionals arrive.
Sure things:
165/185: Another deep weight with at least 3 all-state girls set to wage war in District 22 with only 2 advancing if they wind up all at 165. Seven Lakes' Alex Wascom won at state 2011, 1-0 at 165, over Caprock's Barbosa. Morton Ranch's Ashley Miles at 165 placed and is leading the Maverick girls this season in another run at state. Finally 2011 bronze medalist at 185 Nina Wyre suffered one loss last year to all-world state champ Moreno. Wyre is most likely of the three to win state, but discount no one in this group. This sets up as a wicked tough district war.
BTW-Region IV needs to take note of both top Bryan girls. They could both reach state finals in February. I'm very impressed with their technique, conditioning and intensity.

Anna McAleavy vs Chasity Villarreal should be a very good match @128 when ever it happens.

We saw some great wrestling this weekend at CFISD. I have updated the rankings. See the original post. I will add more information once I get the bracket, but watching state placers and state qualifiers wrestle each other made for some very exciting wrestling.

I have updated the rankings, but would like to wait for the results from some of the district duals that happened this weekend. If anybody has the district dual results from District 22 and District 24 can you please post them?

Chasity Villarreal(De Leon) and Ashley De Leon (they are sisters) Cinco Ranch HS both went 4-0. defeating all girls in there weight classes. If i not mistaken Cinco ranch girls placed 2nd with a squad of only 5 girls. Motorn Ranch i think placed 1st.
